​Stuti Bhushan embodies a unique convergence of artistic creativity and administrative excellence. Her journey began at the prestigious Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan (West Bengal), where she specialized in Textile Design, later spending several years as a Senior Designer. This creative foundation, combined with her role since 2014 as a key contributor to Governance Today in government alliances, has equipped her with a rare blend of aesthetic empathy and strategic rigor.
​Since 2021, Stuti has dedicated her expertise to Aayam Parivartan. As the organization’s Secretary, she serves as the operational backbone, transforming vision into reality through meticulous documentation, internal coordination, and the execution of high-impact outreach campaigns.
